According to the law, the police made aHUGE error when charging me… WHAT CAN/SHOULD I DO NOW??!!?

OK sooo i got an underage drinking ticket… it was $429 and said it was my 3rd offence…. WELL i looked up the ordinance # and this is what it said:

what do i have to do to get a title right so i can get insurance and drive it legally?

has anyone got any useful tips on purchasing a used motor home, what sort of things should i check?

i am thinking of buying a used motor home, but i am unsure what things i should check for, also which is the best make and model to purchase, anyone any useful advice please.
