This Is A Good Video And I Dont Want This To Sound Negative But After You Calcilate Your Calcilation Like You Did Then You Need To Spilt Your Voltage Aprox 50% For Load, Example
If you Had 26 Open Volts At 660 RPMs And Say 18 Shorted Amps It Is Really Aprox 13 Volts And 9 Amps Charging At 660 RPMs
So When Calcilating You Basically Need To Double Your Rpms At 13 Volts.
I Have Found This True On Every DC Brush Motor I Have Tested Even The Same Motor You Have Here.
