I have a Mercedes Sprinter motor-home and im not sure where i can get a legal towbar fitted.?

Im from Victoria in Australia and need a certified engineer to put a tow bar on my Mercedes Sprinter Motor-home. It needs to extend a fair way back underneath the Motor-home which is the problem. Any help would be great thank you.
