I’ve recently acquired a Motor home and will be driving it down the coast within the month. I’ve only been out for a year and it seems the only place that offers hook-ups is $75 a night, which is just a little ridiculous. can anyone help me out?
there is a private camp ground in Ventura the Ventura RV resort it is nice and close to the beach and downtown. about $30 a night . It in on Main Street in Ventura just a little ways down from the mission.It has a pool a rec. room the only draw back is it is close to the freeway

Carpinteria State Beach was a LOT less than $75 before the rate hikes. Check it out at http://www.reserveamerica.com
Ventura RV park is also pretty cheap in the off-season.
